Howie & Herb is what you would get if South Park and Ren & Stimpy had a kid, with maybe a dash of Family Guy and the Clerks cartoon for a little extra spice. It's a cartoon that follows the adventures of two jamaicans: Howie, a small, grumpy explosive egomaniac and his tall, skinny, slower, mellower (maybe stoned?) sidekick Herb, who move to the United states in search of better fortune. They eventually land a construction job with many colorful co-workers, and hilarity ensues, all over the backdrop of reggae music. How cool is that?!!
